Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
In addition to your statutory EU right of withdrawal (14 days), Hilda Leather offers an extended 30-day return and exchange policy for all customers worldwide.
EU Right of Withdrawal
If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the last item of your order, without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires after 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you, acquires physical possession of the last item of your order.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by submitting a return request through your account or by contacting us at info@hildaleather.com.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication before the withdrawal period has expired.
