Return & Exchange Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

  • The return must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order
  • The product must be unused and unworn
  • All original labels must be attached and undamaged
  • The product must be returned in its original condition — items not meeting this condition may be subject to a reduction in refund value

How to Return or Exchange Your Order

  1. Complete the return/exchange form included with your order
  2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging where possible
  3. Send the package to our returns address below via FedEx or UPS

Refund Timeline

Once your returned item reaches us, we will inspect it against our return policy. If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed within 3 working days of approval
  • Your bank will be notified of the refund amount within 3 working days
  • Credit card refunds will appear on your statement according to your bank's processing schedule — this may take several additional days depending on your bank
  • Debit card refunds will be transferred directly to your account
  • If you paid by credit card in instalments, some banks process refunds in instalments — please check with your bank for details

In-Store Exchange

Products purchased from our online store can also be exchanged in person at our Antalya store within 30 days, with your invoice or delivery note.
