Shipping Information

At Hilda Leather, all orders are shipped worldwide from our workshop in Antalya, Turkey. Below you will find everything you need to know about our shipping process, delivery times, and import duties.

Order Confirmation

Once your payment has been successfully processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. When your order has been dispatched, you will receive a second email containing your tracking number and the name of the courier.

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us via our contact page before your order is shipped.

Shipping Costs

  • Free worldwide shipping on all orders over $200 / £200 / €200
  • Shipping costs for orders below this threshold are calculated at checkout based on your location

Delivery Times

Express Delivery — 5 to 7 working days:
United Kingdom, European Union, North America
Shipped via FedEx or UPS.

Standard Delivery — 10 to 15 working days:
All other countries worldwide
Shipped via FedEx, UPS, or Turkish Post (PTT).

International Delivery Notes

  • We deliver to all countries worldwide
  • We do not deliver to PO Boxes
  • A valid phone number is required for all deliveries

Import Duties & Taxes

Import duties and taxes are not included in the product price or shipping cost for orders outside of the following countries: United Kingdom, Ireland, Netherlands, Belgium, Spain, Italy, and Luxembourg.

If you are ordering from a country not listed above, please check your local government website for information on applicable import duties and taxes before placing your order.
