How can I return the product or products in my online order?

When will the refund of the product or products I returned take place?


The compliance of the products that reach our store with our return policy is examined. If the products are eligible for return, your money will be refunded within 3 working days at the latest.

When your cancellation is approved by us, your bank will be notified of the canceled product amount to be refunded to the credit card/ATM (debit) card you made the payment within 3 working days. If you paid by credit card, this information received by your bank will be reflected on your credit card statement according to the bank's working principles. For transactions made in installments, some banks make repayments in installments. If you have paid with an ATM (debit) card, the refund amount will be transferred to the relevant account by your bank.
